We also cross national borders for our customers. In July 2019, the TP Group service team was deployed in the Belgian province of Luxembourg. A hydraulic problem with a material handler was reported by telephone. After a brief consultation, it was clear which parts would probably be needed for a repair. With a new Rexroth axial piston motor A6VM160 and a corresponding travel brake valve BVD25F38 from our warehouse, the journey began. On site, the defect was analyzed in detail by our competent service team. It turned out that only the driving brake valve was defective. The defective travel brake valve was replaced on site with a new travel brake valve from Rexroth. The pressures of the hydraulic system were then checked and adjusted. The machine was ready for use again after just 4 hours. We wish our customer continued safe travels.
